This computer was built such that the components used in the system complemented each other very well to provide a very good overall system. Running a Coppermine 733EB processor with 128MB of RAM and a powerful Intel i815 motherboard, this computer has serious processing power. Nearly every sub-system of this computer was chosen to be best-of-class with a 20GB Seagate Barracuda hard disk, a Riva TNT2 Ultra-based graphics card and a 16X ACER DVD drive. This went into delivering some very impressive scores in the benchmarks with the system performing extremely well in the Ziff-Davis and the Photoshop test suites. Therefore, the computer is very well suited to office applications that require a large amount of processing power - for graphics and image processing. The downside, however, was the sound subsystem, which was handled by the integrated sound card, which was a standard Creative PCI 128 audio processor - rather low-end for a multimedia system. However, the Logitech Soundman X2 speakers made up for the average sound card.
With very impressive components, this computer is a very worthy choice for demanding, processor-intensive applications like video and image processing.
